News - Squash Court - Online Booking System

As of Tuesday 1st February 2022 we will no longer be accepting squash bookings via the Sports Complex reception (in person or via telephone). Instead we will be introducing a new online booking system headed by Appointy.
To access the new online booking system you need to visit https://booking.appointy.com/Haileyburybookings. Once you have created an account you will be able to make bookings as and when you want without the need to contact the Sports Complex reception.
Members will be able to book, cancel and amend their bookings through the online portal, which will speed up the booking process. If we need to cancel courts for any reason, you will be notified via email or through the app. Payments will still be taken at reception before your game begins. Members will be able to book up to 2 weeks in advance and have an allowance of 4 courts per week. Once a court has been booked you will be sent confirmation of your booking (this will be the same for cancellations).
Haileybury Squash Club
The club's fixtures and weekly club night bookings will continue to be booked via Neil Whitman (Sports Complex Manager) due to the online system only allowing members to book within a 2 week timeframe. Invoices will still be sent out for the fixtures and club night bookings, however individual member bookings will need to pay on the night of the booking, before playing.
Courts that have been booked via telephone or in person will be automatically moved across to the new online system.
